Pathway Progression Coordinator

USTA North Carolina is seeking a highly-motivated person with a strong tennis background to fill the Pathway Progression Coordinator position. This position will coordinate and expand entry-level opportunities for new players coming into our sport. The person will also work with local CTAs and other local tennis organizations for carnivals and other on court trainings.

A successful candidate must have the ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively. The candidate must be extremely organized, capable of coordinating a high level of detail and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines. Individual must be a team player, willing to assume new responsibilities as they may arise. Travel throughout North Carolina and occasional out of state trips is expected. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who has strong interpersonal and customer service skills. He or she must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Access, Excel and Power point. The starting salary range is between $32-34k. This is a non-exempt position. The person will be based out of the NC Tennis office in Greensboro.
