NC Tennis Foundation's Program and Developement Director
The North Carolina Tennis Foundation is seeking a highly motivated person to become its Program and Development Director. This person will be responsible for raising the awareness of the NC Tennis Foundation, which was founded in 1961 and has a 501C3 tax exempt status. The purpose of the NCTF is charitable and educational. The candidate must be knowledgeable in development, fundraising and grant engagement. The candidate must have the ability to take the initiative on creating new projects and to work independently as well as collaboratively. The candidate must be extremely organized, capable of coordinating a high level of detail and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines. The candidate must be willing to assume new responsibilities as they may arise. Travel throughout North Carolina and occasional out of state trips is expected. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who has strong interpersonal and customer service skills. He or she must be proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and have a good working knowledge of social media. The starting salary range is between $40-50K. This is an exempt position involving varying hours. The person will be based out of the NC Tennis Foundation’s office in Greensboro. There is no option to telecommute.
