USTA North Carolina Annual Awards

Tennis truly thrives in North Carolina because of our many dedicated players and supporters. Without the loyalty of players, officials, volunteers, friends and family, tennis would not be in the great shape it is here in North Carolina! Each year the USTA North Carolina honors those who have done an outstanding job on the court and off to help promote our great sport.

Deadline for Submission: September 9, 2016

Important Things to Remember: USTA Southern has created a NEW website for our nominations. This site allows users to quickly fill out nominations and submit them directly from the page. Once you have accessed the website, you will be given a full list of the USTA North Carolina General and Community Development Awards. Clicking a specific award will give you access to its nomination form. Each award has varying criteria on the nomination form. Selections are based on the information provided, so please fill out each award's form with complete and detailed information, as that allows the committee to make informed choices on award winners.

Submission Instructions:

  • Each nomination form has several required fields, along with a "next" button at the bottom. Please fill out all required fields and submit when you are finished. On the awards form, the nominator will be asked to provide their name, email address, and phone number. Once that information is provided and the form is completed, an email will be sent to notify you that your form has been submitted.
