10 & Under 10 & Under is an innovative new play format that will help to get more children 10 years of age and under into the game. This format, one of the most significant moves ever to introduce tennis to youth, provides a way to bring kids 10 and under into the game by utilizing equipment, court dimensions, and scoring that is tailored to their age and size. | 2012 Team NC Fall State Camp Recap The 2012 Team NC year came to a close November 17th, as 40 of the state's top 10 & under and 8 & under players took part in the State Camp held at Cary Tennis Park. All participants participated in a jamboree earlier in the year before qualifying for an Area Camp and being selected for the State Camp. | ||
Windy and Cold Southern Closed 10’s Clay Court The Southern Closed 10’s Clay Court Championship was hosted by Joc Simmons and the Huntsville Tennis Center October 27 & 28th. With high winds and low temperatures, everyone kept warm with the great tennis. The 10’s Clay Court Championship was based on a team format. Six teams battled each other throughout the weekend in the round robin team format.
